"This has been an absolute joke. I called and set everything up ahead of time and gave them my information. I asked them how long to plan on before I returned and they said an hour. I did the pre-registration online and filled everything out for the 10 minutes that it took. When I got there. They handed me a clipboard with lots of the same pages that I had filled out online. I told her I had already done this. As she was trying to examine the computer. I realized that the clipboard wasn't even for my daughter. It was the wrong patient. She gave me the right forms and then asked me to go ahead & sign in three places. I could only find two. I asked where the other one was. She said oh that was it. I told her I was leaving and asked how long it would be before she was done. She talked to people for almost 5 minutes to figure out the wait time and finally told me 1 hour. Then I said. Is there anything else. She told me I needed to pay before I left. I explained that I had already hit my out-of-pocket max for the entire year and I shouldn't owe anything. She again had made another mistake. After I drove 20 minutes away, I got a call that she had forgotten another form. I told her I was across town and there was no way I could get back. She said I could give a verbal authorization to her technician. So I did. I returned after an hour and 15 minutes to give it enough time to be done and asked how long it would be done. She said another 35 minutes. I asked why it was taking so long and she said because the form wasn't signed. I asked her to have it ready next time. I went out to my car for at least 25 minutes and came back in as we were now late for her physical therapy appointment. I asked how long it would be and I was told another 35 minutes. I asked why it took so long as I had been told it would only take 1 hour total from start to finish. It took almost 2.5 hours. I am so unimpressed with this facility."

"I would like to explain my disappointing experience this afternoon. I was sent by my chiropractor to get an MRI done, and he specifically sent his form in requesting a sedation due to my extreme claustrophobia. Last Friday I scheduled my appointment with the Taylorsville location for today, the 31st. On Saturday, I received a confirmation text telling me my appointment was for the 30th! I was extremely specific when I told them I needed my appointment on the 31st. Now that scenario was a miscommunication with Tville that was distasteful on their end. I called as soon as I received the text to schedule for the day I intended, mind you with sedation. Unfortunately because of one representatives mess up, they did not have any available appointments left on the 31st for a sedation MRI. The only location available happened to be Pleasant Grove. I didn’t mind driving from the valley down to Utah County, so I booked the appointment. Again I was very specific on the sedation. I made it to my appointment, filled out my paperwork, and was taken to the back. Before changing into the scrubs provided, I reminded the front desk girl about the request on sedation, to which she gave me a look that showed me she didn’t know what I was talking about. She went to tell the tech that I wanted a sedation, and after waiting a good 30 minutes, the tech finally came out to confirm I wanted a sedation. Weird because my doctor and I were specific. I confirmed, and the tech left to go get the paperwork. Waited another 15 minutes. Then once he kindly decided to bring them back to me, I filled them out and got my medication. I was told to wait about 30 minutes to allow the medicine kick in. By now I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half. As soon as the additional 30 minutes passed by, and I felt the medicine take effect, another client came into the office, changed, and waited in the back alongside me. The MRI tech came out, saw that he was here, and told me he was going to scan the client before me, and again to no one’s surprise, told me to wait. That was at the 2 hour mark. At this point, this new client had only been in the office for about 20 minutes and was getting serviced before me. I waited and waited, and it was nearing the 2 1/2 hour mark. Infuriated, I went back and changed out of my scrubs and left with my driver. I explained to them that I had my appointment set, and I wanted to be treated like it. My anniversary was today, and I wasted a good portion of my day waiting on unorganized employees of this establishment. At this point since this was my only day off in the week I will reschedule for the weekend and bite the bullet even if I get a panic attack in a scan. I am disappointed, I am bothered, and this is not okay. My significant other and I both took the time off from work to be here. I am injured and feel discouraged. Do your due diligence and do not come here."
"I was very apprehensive to do an MRI. Jeff, the attendant was very patient with me. I realized I could not do the first machine, and he suggested we try the other one. I felt very comfortable with his kindness and encouragement. I did it, as he walked me through the entire process. I would recommend them as the best place for an MRI!"
"It’s a very nice facility! It is very clean and modern, and almost futuristic. They have nice lockers to put your stuff while you’re doing your imaging. Everyone was friendly and helpful."
