"I can't hear a bunch of times for different reasons over the years. Every time I'm here, it's a good experience. The reception is always warm, helpful, and professional. There's always plenty of room to sit, and relax without feeling crowded. The view is phenomenal. Amazing even. All my doctors (and NPs and PAs and other such abbreviations) have been really good, except one. Not that she wasn't a good PA, just rubbed me wrong. I'm sure it was a personality thing because I couldn't name a fault if i tried. So it really is just me. If it's quiet enough, one can hear the bells on the hour at that big clock in BYU. Every time I noticed the bells, they were 4 minutes late though. Ha. Good place, Clean, friendly, professional and every thing else."
"Nice new building. Came here for an appointment and everything is so fancy, nice views. Not that that's what you care about when going to the doctor haha. It functions fine, my same doctor was here, just like at the old location."
"This is a huge thank you to the emergency room staff working on Thursday (7/20/17) about noon. Even though I was feeling absolutely horrible (and not acting my nicest because of it) you all were so kind to me. The people in admitting, the nurses at the door, the nurses in emergency, the PA and the doctor, the guy who pushed my bed down the halls for internal images, the one person I was mean to when she wanted to take my blood--every single one of you were so good, so professional, and so swift to help me that I'm not sure I could have asked for a better group of people to help me. I was then admitted to the second floor where I was watched over for 24 hours by the kindest nurses and techs an old girl could want. They answered every time I needed anything. They were sweet and compassionate. They checked on me even when I didn't call them. They helped me to the bathroom promptly. They worried over me and were so good and kind. I don't know if I lucked out when I wound up with these women (and two men at night), but I couldn't have been treated better. I have no question in my mind, if I ever need to go to the hospital again, which hospital I will choose."
"My 4 year old daughter had surgery to replace her ear tubes and remove her adenoids. She has had a long history of ear infections and is incredibly nervous and scared in Dr. Offices so we were nervous about how she would be when we checked into surgery. I wasn't able to be there that morning, so my wife took her, and everything from the moment they arrived at the Hospital to the time they left was absolutely flawless. First of all, the valet parking is absolutely genius for parents with small children! The check in process was quick and very efficient, and soon they went back to the pre-operative area. When they walked into the room, there was a soft, fluffy blanket, cute pajamas, a teddy bear and activities to keep our daughter entertained while they waited for surgery. What could have been a sterile waiting room, was transformed into a warm, friendly and fun waiting room where our daughter felt immediately comfortable and was not at all nervous. Every Nurse and Dr. they encountered that day was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions they had. My wife loved the food options in the cafeteria while she waited, and especially loved the Styrofoam cups, and the Coke Freestyle machine. I can not speak highly enough of how wonderful our experience was there and highly recommend the facility. Thank you for taking such good care of us!"
"I was a patient at Utah valley hospital twice in a week. The first visit was planned for me to have my baby. Every thing went smooth and I had excellent care. Both labor and delivery and mom/ baby nurses were kind, helpful, patient and amazing. The next visit was not planned and I ended up in the ER with heart issues after delivering my baby. It was scary but the ER docs and all other staff went out of their way to make it seem ok. My nurse was very knowledgeable and they got me out of there as soon as possible."
