"The only thing that sucks is getting a hold of them over the phone. You have a better chance of getting a hold of the president of USA than someone in the office. I always have to drive all the way to their office whenever I need something because they never pickup. Other than that the place is great. The girls at the front desk and the medical assistants are absolute sweethearts."
"I was referred here and was hoping for relief. I got poor service, lack luster care, and really annoying billing practices. After receiving a cortisone injection I was also recommended to have ablation in my lower spine. This takes two diagnostic injections in order to get the ablation, making sure that they have the right place. I scheduled both diagnostic injections in advance. After the first one my pain increased. I filled out and emailed them the form, recording my pain every 15 minutes. A week later, I had heard nothing. I called and the phone just rang. I called again, the phone was picked up and then I was put directly to voicemail, without a word. I left my contact information, and my desire to speak to someone concerning the fact that I was in more pain than before and that I wanted to cancel my next diagnostic injection unless someone could explain to me why it might be worth it. I heard nothing back until 2.5 weeks later they wanted to confirm my diagnostic injection. I explained how frustrated I was and they put me on hold and told me that the doctor wanted to see me. When I came in, I was assigned a PA that was new and knew nothing about why I was there. It became clear that they enjoyed my money, not helping me. This visit cost me $139.44 for absolutely no service! Whoever they use for billing is a disgrace. Every visit the ladies at the front desk would tell me that I could not be taken back until my bill from the previous visit had been paid, by my third visit I had still not received a statement or bill from the first. I would always pay, yet could not get a statement telling me what my payment was for. When I asked I was referred to the billing company. When I complained about that they confirmed my contact information and I started to get links sent to me for my account, all of which, when clicked on, told me my account was locked. When I called them, they could not unlock it for me. My last visit to the clinic was most unpleasant as the lady at the front desk treated me as if I was delinquent, when I told her of my frustration she became quite abrasive with me. After spending thousands of dollars, I don’t feel any better! Save your money, go get real help! You will just be a number to them."
"DONT COME HERE. Don’t be honest, about everything because this doctor we’ll do whatever to shame you and feel less. He pointed in my face, I am trying to get over Covid/Pneumiina. Don’t really come in with pain because he will not help. He stated that I need to be on brith control to get pain medication. My doctor didn’t send over the referral and he questioned me on that. I was honest about using bath salt that had THC and he questioned me on that. He is so aggravate and pointing in my face. I rather die of pain, then let a little man talk to me the way he did. I should turn him in for not making sure everything was right before he started making accusation. After making time to come in, I’m a full time student and work so much, he wasted my time. I’ll never put money in this practice. Worst experience of my life. I feel feel so horrible already from having Covid/pneumonia, this guy should not be a doctor, taking this anger out on patients."
"this is what happened to me my primary care referred me over here, being that i am newer to the state i don't know all areas of the county i am in, so i was unable to keep the appointment, my doctor concerned enough about my pain and issues decided to try to get me an uber health, and my referral coordinator and doctor wanted either a reminder text or a call or an email or a letter sent to me ahead of time so i could prepare for the appointment due to my severe pain im slow, no previous call or text came, also the uber that my doctor had ordered also did not contact me and the first time i learned that i had missed the appointment was 15 min after i was supposed to be there, now when i called back i got the message that the number had been disconnected on two separate numbers the first one was the one they called on, the second one was the googled number. when i got ahold of the referral coordinator he was not happy and when he called a number that he had he got the same message that the line was disconnected. i know things go wrong but honestly it just seemed like all went wrong, weeks later my doctor is still trying to figure out who can take my insurance. the other issue was that the one time i did talk to someone that they gave very vague directions, its by a freeway, its in Murray its off of state street, ok great which freeway? if its off of state is there a name for this side street? or is it unnamed? i even heard its in a fashionable location? like what does that even mean? if you go here you had better not be new to the valley or you will not get there, also do not expect to get a call or text to alert you to the appointment and overall i found the whole experience very frustrating and irritating, it caused more stress and pain than it was worth, will not recommend this place if anyone ever asks me , good luck getting a straight answer out of how to get here or any help for that matter on anything that they offer."
"Sara is always so friendly when she brings me back to get vitals. Jenny does a great job getting me ready for the injection. Dr. Garg has been so helpful in figuring out the cause of my pain and treating it with injections. If you are needing help with pain management I highly recommend you give these guys a call and go see them. Outstanding experiences!!"
