"Had to wait about 6 months for an appointment. About 2 months before the appointment I called for an insurance question. My appointment had been canceled and they had not told me. I now have to find somewhere else and will likely have to wait several more months to be seen. Absolute garbage."
"After my visit I asked to pay with card in full. They said there was a 50% discount for paying with card the day of. I paid around 150$ for that one visit. Around a month later I received a 33$ bill in the mail from Intermountain health care. I went back to the desk where I had paid, and they said they would deal with it. I kept getting the bills in the mail, so I went back to the desk a second time and they said it was a "co-pay" I had to pay and could not explain why it wasn't brought up when I asked to pay in full. I was satisfied with the physical therapy itself however paying for the service was extremely frustrating and their lack of communication with their billing department was astonishing. I felt scammed and could not believe the petty bills they kept sending me after I had asked to pay in full."
"Derek Storrs is an amazing PT. He really listens and makes sure that you understand what your treatment plan is and why. I have been to other PTs that have left me in more pain and just frustrated, but working with Derek and Stephanie has been a really positive experience and I am seeing improvement in my condition.
