"Went to return amazon, no line and the lady was very friendly. As I was leaving about five people got in line. I heard a customer complaining as you walked up to the counter about having to walk so much further for the returns. The lady behind the counter explained that phone reception was much better back there to help aid in her returns, she said it with a smile."

"Went to drop an Amazon return off. Waited in line at the returns desk for almost 10 minutes, only to be told at Amazon returns were all the way in the back. No I have no problem walking all the way to the back. There was not a single sign from the front door to the returns desk that I waited in line at stating that I needed to go to the back for Amazon returns. In fact, there was nothing about Amazon returns on their door or anywhere. So I felt it was safe to assume that if you're returning something, you go to the returns line. However, since there was a different procedure, they should have informed their customers of that instead of wasting their time and laughing about it after the fact."

"I went in to return an Amazon order. They return your orders for you and for free. I've always loved kohls, their stores don't get enough credit. They have a big variety and prices are always favorable"

"They're doing a big sale of 50% of already marked down items. Looking around it was a bit confusing since some say clearance others are marked in red "SALE" so I asked an associate whether it was 50% specific things or stuff marked down with sale. The associate told me that everything that has been marked down including sale items were 50% off of that price. Thinking this was too good to be true I asked again making sure I didn't waste my time looking through all the racks. I get up to the checkout stands and everything rings out the same as it would and no 50% off. I then ask the cashier about the 50% off and they say it's only on certain items marked on clearance which means I wasted two hours trying to find decent prices on clothes. 1 star for the misinformation and amount of time I wasted in this unorganized store."
