Dollar Tree

"Very poor customer service. I called this store because I was looking for a large quantity of a specific item, for a volunteer project. I was greeted on the phone by who I'm assuming was the manager. When I asked if she wouldn't mind looking up a SKU I had to see if they had any in stock, she didn't hesitate one bit but told me she couldn't. I was a little speechless after she said, "I have 2 cashiers and 3 lines of customers, I don't have the time." You should not treat your customers like that. Maybe have the decency to say you're helping customers, and if they wouldn't mind holding for a minute, she could look. She alao said she didn't have the capability to look up the SKU, which doesn't make sense when all the other stores I had called were able to. I had to physically drive there, which was 30 minutes away, and look. I walked out with a handful of what I needed, which was truly a waste of time, energy, and gas to deal with this. I wasn't asking for a floor check, just hopeful to see if she would pull it up. She sure was bossy to the poor cashier and was demanding her around."

"one of the best dollar tree, its always full and has a lot of items that are missing from other stores. I love the stationary and DIY side of it"

"Cheaper prices found elsewhere! Dollar Tree USED to be my first stop for inexpensive products as I could always rely on the best price around! I've now lost my faith in them now that they've raised their prices to $1.25 across the board, I consistently find the same products cheaper in other stores. Example Home Depot sells the same size of Comet cleaner for .99 cents. Winco sells the same bag of Corn nuts for $1. BIG price savings when you buy many! I no longer use Dollar Tree as my Go-To money saving store. They've lost 90% of my business I usually brought them. Hopefully other shoppers find out the same thing."

"I felt one of the workers was gonna assault me because I had two small bags with me. I don't have a car so I went in the store with my bags no knowing the policy. I was confused when a lady approached me yelling that she needed to check my bags. She grabbed one of my bags. I left almost In tears. She needs more training. Never going back to shop there."

"never been treated with as much disrespect as i was here. 1st a lady (wasnt wearing a name tag) was walking out of the store and yelled in our face “20 minutes” at 9:30 when their door says “open til 10” we were only there for about 10 minutes anyways, and as we were checking out, the guy at the register was very nice. we had no issues with him. but the same lady yelled “why do they come at close?” and opened the door for a few more customers and yelled at each of them individually “7 minutes” at 9:40. i understand, that you don't want to have to work past your shift, but at least tell your customers in a polite manner, not scream in their faces."
