"STAY AWAY!! This clinic's billing practices are incredibly deceptive. Despite being told we were up to date on our bills for years, we received a sudden collections bill claiming years of unpaid bills out of nowhere. No prior communication informing us of a balance was made via letter, call, email, or in-person during regular checkups. When we attempted to resolve the issue, the billing department was completely inflexible. Avoid this clinic at all costs!"

"I went here for 4 years. At first it was great but the quality has gone downhill. This place is poorly run and their billing seems to have frequent issues. A psychiatric evaluation or testing or reviewing blood lab work was never offered or suggested that I can recall and this should be absolutely mandatory for this kind of treatment to appropriately diagnose and treat these conditions. The staff are overworked in my opinion. They do not understand how to treat mood disorders (such as bipolar) very well and need a head psychiatrist and not just nurse practitioners. Their attention to detail is lacking and they have practices that put patient safety at risk. They do offer some valuable testing though such as the Genesight test (which is highly recommended) and they understand ADHD very well; however, I do not recommend going here if you need mental health treatment beyond routine ADHD/depression ."
