She is detailed oriented with a cultivated speaking voice which is consoling in a medical crisis. She helped me VERY MUCH, brought down my BP and took care of my need to get in contact with my very fine but busy physician. She is highly educated and multilingual. I would say that she has the talent to be a Hospital administrator!"

"The staff is nice , however Three people were apart of my exam and all three people did not notice they were using the wrong swabs for my exam and now I'm told I need to come back in to do it again. Deeply disappointed. Main PA was Steve Ruiz who was nice enough but its not nice to have to come back do it all over again. I hope I'm not charged to come back in, for a patient exam that took three people to get wrong. I also broke out in hives after starting medication and no one addressed my message all they said was come back and schedule another appt we used wrong swabs sorry."
