"Where do I begin! My appointment was at 2 I didn't know they close 1 to 2 at 2 the office worker came and unlocks the door and says nothing NO COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL ... I recently sighed up with this clinic because I really liked Dr. Jackson I did not know that I was going to see a NP. I gave the NP the list of things that I came in for she looks at me and says OH I GUESS YOUR NOT HERE FOR THE PHYSICAL ... And everything I asked for including shots she said U CAN GET THEM WHEN U COME BACk for your PHYSICAL.....I left feeling worse then when I came in ... changing asap....NO RETURNS FOR ME ...."

"I have been taking my parents to this clinic for over 10 years. Never was I disappointed their staff are so nice . Very excited to see the new location my dad have an appointment tomorrow. The only thing bad is that once you get attached to a doctor they end up leaving and moving away. But I guess it's not their fault."

"Drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment. I was 10 minutes late because they moved to a new location and didn't bother telling me about it. I arrived to an empty waiting room and was told I had to reschedule. Don't waste your time. This clinic used to be good but I guess good things never last."
