"I was there for 3 years. I was just discharged last week from Amanda. PA. I would not recommend her or Tracy they will find a way to cut people off their meds when you have done nothing wrong. The drug test has always been clean after 20 years in severe chronic pain. They say, "You're not compliant she was totally wrong in her process and how she handled her discharging innocent patients, I got no explanations from her this is what this company does to people in chronic pain, so Please, Beware!! read all reviews before you choose this clinic, they have no sympathy or empathy towards there patients it's all about money charging 250.00 for new patients' cannibus cards, now thats ridiculous that a joke just like this company."
"I highly recommend Omega Pain Clinic. I’ve been working with Dr. Pulley and his staff for several years now to tackle a chronic pain condition. Their engagement and compassion, along with excellent pain care, are why I’ve stayed with them."
"My relationship with Omega Interventional Pain started in around 2020, when my health insurance changed and I had to find a different clinic to help with the neck injuries I sustained when rear-ended by a semi truck. While I was pleased with Dr Pulley who performed some successful ablation procedures and also the PA I was seeing, I was literally traumatized and badgered by the office manager and accounting clerk regarding the claims process. They dropped the ball time and again by not communicating with my insurance companies in a timely manner and then trying to come after me for thousands of dollars. I don’t know exactly how this was settled, but eventually the harassment and the statements stopped. I’ve continued seeing the PA about every six months to assess the condition of my neck and to evaluate whether I would need another procedure in the future (since the initial procedure only provides relief for a year or so). As part of my treatment, my PA prescribed a muscle relaxer to use as needed. This has been a critical component to my “toolbox” to deal with my ongoing neck issues. I have taken the medication as prescribed, on an as needed basis and as prescribed for spasms. Meanwhile, my primary care physician has been aware of this treatment and medication prescribed. Just last week, I went in for a checkup and was told that the PA I normally see was no longer there. While I was waiting to see the new PA, the office manager, Kalia, (the one from the billing debacle a few years ago) was sent in to talk to me. I was completely taken off guard by how I was treated. Once again. She started off by saying that if I was coming in for a refill then she was there to tell me that I couldn’t get it. She literally said, “Sweetie, if you came in for a refill, you can’t be seen and you need to see your Primary Care Physician for this medication. Do you have a Primary Care Physician?” I was coming in to talk about my neck and the treatment that I had been receiving from Omega Interventional Pain for the past 3 1/2 years — not to try to get an illicit prescription! She then proceeded to place blame on the previous PA for prescribing the muscle relaxer medication to me. I thought that he had been monitoring my treatment, but she really was eager to throw him under the bus. I left that appointment feeling as if I had done something wrong and feeling VERY misunderstood. I felt as if I was being scolded by a condescending grandmother. I also left that appointment knowing that I have washed my hands of this clinic once and for all. There’s something very dysfunctional going on with management and it’s a mistake giving that office manager way too much authority. She has no customer service skills and is insulting. Good riddance to Omega Interventional Pain."
"They truly want to help you. They listen to you and want to get the whole picture of all the issues you’re dealing with. She actually cares, what a pleasure that is. The supporting staff is kind and very helpful too. Good experience, compared to some of my Dr’s."
"Omega pain clinic doesn’t deserve even a one star but because you have to select it that’s why they got a one star but they are zero star please I’m telling you watch out for this clinic When I first met Dr. Pulley, he was a very good had no issues. I’ve never had any issues with the clinic until I received a bill and I had to call and talk to SUSIE. She was very rude unprofessional talked down to me. I asked if I could talk to Dr. Pulley and she said you will not talk to Dr. Pulley then turned around and went to Dr. Pulley and all the staff and told them that I was being rude to all the staff told Dr. Pulley that I had been rude to several people and apparently he told her to go ahead and discharge me from that clinic. I think the professionalism is so so bad that you could just cut somebody off. I have never in two years deal with this Susie, but she made sure that I knew she was the office manager, and that she was going to cut me off. I was no way at all going to talk to Dr. Pulley send a message to Dr. Pulley I can’t believe that Dr. Pulley is the owner of this establishment and has been around as long as he has and he can let his staff just dish charge patients without actually talking to the patient to find out the truth also, I had a another procedure scheduled for a week from now on my back and instead of taking care of me they just said go somewhere else Doctor Pulley by far is The most unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life that he wouldn’t call back his patient and talk to his patient he should be barred and not be able to practice anymore for the way, he treats his patience, and he needs to really look into the way SUSIE treats his patience also, they ask every single patient to go on and put a review and put five stars so they can look like they’re good"
