"I liked the therapist I saw but when I first walked in, the guy that was sitting at the desk to check in was laying all the way back with his feet kicked up on another chair while he was on his phone. He was wearing a smiths shirt and hat. To me, that is EXTREMELY unprofessional and comes off as not wanting to be there. After my session I came out and he was doing the same thing. Body language is everything especially at a therapists office."

"I was referred to this company through an EAP program at my work. I admit that I am a complicated person, but I was referred to a psychiatrist after 1 visit without any kind of consultation. I had an appointment set for the following week, and they tell me (over the phone!), that they will not be seeing me because I need a psychiatric visit first, before they will see me again. I have seen psychiatrists (very good ones) in the past, and I have been stable on medication for over 12 years and see someone that monitors my medication. I am not about to see a psychiatrist and start over. It is unfathomable to me that they don't have the skill to deal with someone that is stable on medication and that is well able to answer any questions that they may have from a theurapuetic standpoint as to what I may be going through. If they don't have the skill, why not go through with the appointment (get paid for it, which I willingly would have done) and let me down gently? I spent a lot of time in my in-take appointment, spilled my guts, and stopped throughout and asked them if what I was telling them made sense. They said they understand, blah, blah, blah. really unprofessional. I gave them a chance to provide me with a refund, but they refused."
