"Pretty quick (2 hrs total), but not terribly informative. Painful hand/wrist so they took an x-ray - nothing broken. Ice and Tylenol recommended but no brace, etc. Still in pain today 9 days after injury occurred. Dr said it could be several weeks."

"I went in on a Sunday because I was not getting better after 3 days of being in bed and feeling like garbage. The wait was short and the front desk was helpful and efficient. The attending physician seemed unsympathetic and basically sent me on my way with nothing more than to treat my sickness and symptoms with OTC meds, which I had been doing already. I’ve known my body for 51 years and this type of “cold” always turns into a sinus infection. Now it’s Tuesday (and feeling worse) and spoke with my primary care physician who will prescribe me something (yes I know antibiotics don’t work on viruses). I’m beginning to lose my faith in IHC Instacare physicians for proper diagnosis and treatment for the not so obvious related illnesses, as that seems to be the common experience from family and friends as well. I’m not sure what has changed in the last 10 years but it seems as something has from a practitioners approach. The default seems to be no Rx until after 10 days. I will definitely be more discerning of MD vs OD vs NP vs PA who see and treat me and my family. My recommendation is to use your family practitioner who knows you and your history and will most likely give you the attention and care you really need."

"I took my daughter here on a Sunday around noon. It wasn’t crowded and we didn’t wait long to be seen. The staff couldn’t take my copay since their system was down. But assured me that once I get my bill, that I can take care of it over the phone. (Bill my insurance) The doctor knew right away what was wrong, then made a prescription for her. We liked this place, good experience."

"Everyone I spoke to were polite, considerate, and helpful. The nurse and doctor asked questions and clarified my concerns to make sure they fully understood my health situation. They explained they're concerns and the plan and medications to me very clearly. I had a great experience. Thank you!"

"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a health care facility. I came in with extreme pain in my right leg from the top of my hamstring to tip of my toes. The provider that seen me did nothing to help. He asked where my pain was and how long I had the pain and if I did anything to trigger the injury. I told him a believe I have over trained or over exercised. He didn’t give any relief to take anything over the counter he handed me a piece of paper to contact a sport medicine doctor. As he walked me out he turned up the hall I asked him to the back of his head if I should take any ibuprofen or Tylenol he couldn’t even turn around to talk to me about relief. This was over a three day holiday weekend. I remained in unbearable pain until I could reach my general practitioner on Tuesday. They got me right in help me with relieving the pain of a sciatic nerve injury and got me a referral to Tosh. I will never recommend this facility or at this point any Instacare facility. I would tell someone to go right to the emergency room and skip this waste of time and money."
