"If wish there was an option for zero stars. My husband and I hired Dee shortly after we conceived and had an at-home consultation with Dee that she advertised as free. We went ahead and paid a $850 deposit to hire her and she informed us that the deposit was refundable if for some reason we needed to or decided to go with a different birthing option. At each appointment with Dee you pay a $260 fee per visit. On our first visit she said that she had forgotten to charge her ultrasound device and if we really wanted to she could check if it had enough charge. She didn't check my weight and did not measure. We were slightly off-put at the lack of charging of her device and preparedness for the first visit. I mean having a baby is a big deal. It's disappointing if the health provider doesn't take it seriously. On the second visit Dee showed up and didn't even have her blood pressure cuff saying that she had forgotten it and then said that "She wasn't even worried about blood pressure." In the same visit she again didn't check weight or measurements. She is literally at your house for around 15 minutes and doesn't really do anything to ensure that the baby and mom are healthy. We again paid the $260 visit fee but both felt that our baby required better care. So after thinking about it, my husband reached out to Dee via text to say that we decided to go in a different direction and requested our deposit refunded. She never responded. After no response he emailed her and she responded by saying that we owed her over $2k dollars. She claimed that we signed a contract, we never signed anything, that obligated us for payment of her initial consultation which was and still is advertised for free (she tried to charge us $550 for that), plus $25 per text message (Dee said there were 60 texts -- my texts to her and Dee's back doesn't total 60 texts all together), $500 for supplement reviews, a lab review which we never got $500, and custom meal planning which we never received either at a whopping $700. We never signed a contract and obviously her egregious fees are made up and fraudulent. I asked for a copy of the supposed contract and she never responded. This lady is a fraud! Take your baby and your own care into someone who is legitimate and cares and does their job!"
