Using expert field knowledge she instructed me on several ways to use my hands to get the contacts in and out of my eyes safely. — Later, I had to fish a contact lens from the corner of my eye as I had accidentally rubbed it too harshly, Bethany had forewarned me of this potentially happening earlier, how to avoid it, and gave recommended instructions on how to remove it safely. "We came to this location about 3 years ago, and the service was great but we had moved about 20 minutes away shortly after our first visit. We found an eye doctor closer to our new home but I knew that the service just wasn't the same. I went back to District Vision Care today due to a situation with my kiddos glasses, purchased at another eye doctor's office, and I'm so glad we did. First off scheduling was so easy, they got my kiddo in for an eye exam within 24 hours of calling. Gave us a prescription and measurements to order glasses online if we wanted. They were able to give us exact costs with our insurance and were so patient and kind with all my questions. Then to top it off, Gavin took my kiddos current glasses, cleaned them up, added new nose pads, and fixed the screws so they'll last until the new glasses get in, which will only be about a week and a half. The whole experience was so smooth and everyone in this office, including the Dr, is so kind and patient! So glad we went out of our way to go back, the care provided alone is worth the extra time to drive!"
