"The nurses and physician's assistant all gave great care and treatment. I felt valued as a patient. The physician's assistant also provided additional informational paperwork to help with my issue after I was treated."

"This was absolutely the worst urgent care I have ever been to. and I have been to several in my lifetime. The doctor was extremely unprofessional, came in laughing, and didn’t even know who the patient was when she walked in, even though I was lying on the table. She was extremely rude and didn’t even help me. I ended up having to go to the emergency room four days later because she didn’t even do a urine sample to Find My UTI. There are lots of other urgent cares around… Never go to this one! And to top it all off I got charged $200 for her to do nothing!"

They were so helpful in locating and verifying my insurance information, and I checked in online so by the time I got to the building, I waited only about a minute or two once my intake paperwork was finished. All of the staff was kind and empathetic and understanding—especially Sallee who treated me and gave me a note for work. "I love this place! But my daughter had strep twice in a row once in June and then July. We saw two different doctors one wasn’t in our network for insurance. I wasn’t even told who would be seeing. So one strep visit was $45 and the one is costing $533. I wish I would have known each doctor here takes different insurance. I’m really disappointed."
