"This place is excellent! I had an EGD and Colonoscopy done by Dr. Hilbig here. He is the best!! I got registered and it wasn't 5 minutes later they were taking me back. The nurses Julie and Jill were so nice caring. I have a lot of allergies and they went over everything to make sure I didn't get something I couldn't have. When in recovery I had nurse Taylor he was very caring and professional. I would rather go to the surgical center verses going to the hospital. They all deserve 20 stars pluse. They are GREAT!!"
"I had an outpatient surgery for an endoscopy and biopsy. I informed them that I tend to get anxious/ nauseous with the oxygen mask and they took care of me. They were pretty busy when it came to waking up/ recovering from the anesthesia but still swung by to check on me and get me ice drinks etc. They also made sure that I understood the results seen so far since I was told while waking up and again before I was discharged."
"I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. My husband had a procedure done yesterday and still can't feel the left side of his body. He has had this same procedure done at a different hospital and was able to fully function an hour after. This time it's 24+ hours and he can barely even walk. This seems to be a common issue based on all the other 1 star reviews on here. DO NOT go here if you have a choice. They really should be shut down if they can't even do the job right."
"Coming out of surgery and still fighting the anesthesia, I was being yelled at by a nurse named Chad. Incredibly disrespectful, rude, and ill mannered. He was angry with me because I couldn't hold my arm up so he could take out my I.V. when I still couldn't even see him or understand what was happening. He then yelled at me for moving during a Blood Pressure test. I tried to make light of the situation, and he told me I wasn't funny. He then wanted to compete with me on why he was so upset, by telling me what he was going through. I didn't even have to tell him what I was going through, but he was still quite disrespectful to me as a patient and a person. This is the second time I have had this kind of experience at this building. Horrible."
"The absolute worst experience of my life! I am traumatized and have literally had nightmares since coming here. My doctor told me someone had to stay with me for the whole surgery and I told him my husband and I have 5 kids so that might be hard, then he said it was actually just a 15 minute surgery so I shouldn't be there longer than an hour or so, so I said that was fine. I SPENT OVER 9 HOURS HERE!!! My husband left after 3 hours, then they called him after four hours to come pick me up. They also tried to force feed me saltines after a tonsillectomy and got so mad when I refused. They didn't offer me anything else but saltines. So he gets there and in recovery I had to be on oxygen so they told him it would actually be another hour or more since I wasn't doing good, so he could go home. Not even 20 minutes later my nurse came in and very rudely told me that I needed to call him. So I did and by this time there was a ton of traffic and he said he'd get there when he could. So I told my nurse and she flipped out on me. She said they needed the room for another patient and I needed to go sit in the waiting room. I could hear 2 nurses talking about me the whole time too. They kept saying I was difficult and kept refusing to do everything they said. I was vomiting and just had my tonsils removed, so sorry I didn't devour saltines for you. So mind you, this whole I was vomiting, my oxygen was still below 85% when I was on room air, and my blood pressure was very low. So my husband gets there and this nurse keeps telling him I was going to have dog breath. Who says that?! It was just him, no kids with us at that time, so I cannot believe she said that. I was discharged with 85% oxygen and I vomited on the way out the door. Way to go Jordan Valley. I'd rather have surgery on the side of the freeway than to ever come back here."
