"Dr. Grover is a fabulous Doctor. I appreciate his straight forward attitude, and he communicates responsibility and respectfully. I leave my appointment with a complete understanding of what I can and should not do to help with my health. I understand that I am in control of my health and I am the one who makes the decision to follow his advice “or not”. Having him as a doctor has been one of my best experiences with any Doctor. I hope he stays for a long time because I really do not want a different doctor."
"I would not recommend this doctor. He completely overstated what the blood results were only to find out from an MD that the blood results were no where near what doctor Grover said was happening. I was so scared after talking to Grover. I don’t think a DO should be acting as a family care practitioner."
"I wish I would have read an honest review about this Dr Grover before scheduling. So now I will pass on my experience so you don’t potentially waste your time. Dr Grover is not for me. He has a gruff exterior and demeanor. He talks super fast and doesn’t have the ability to speak to a normal person (when I say normal I went to collage for 4 years so I am not unintelligent) He uses words that a normal person wouldn’t know or use or even know. His brain works faster than his mouth and his communication is erratic and turns often. He is opinionated and throws in unusual comments Example “I am diabetic and my dog is diabetic cuz I feed him table food.” “Well I am not diabetic and I don’t feed my dog table food!” You should test someone before telling someone they are. The whole appointment was weird and we basically spoke about his opinionated agenda. My hope is when someone goes to medical school they are there because they want to help others. Does Dr Grover want to help others? I would say no. He wants to be the smartest one in the room and wants everyone to know it. Personally I am fine with him being the smartest one but I am not fine with him talking over me, him talking down to me, his lack of bedside manner and his arrogance. That does not make for a doctor that I want to see on a regular basis. I prefer a physician that is professional and caring that is intelligent with the ability to diagnose and communicate at my level. Dr Grover is lacking in the basic areas that a good doctor, that I want to go to, should have. Just because a person has the ability to pass medical school doesn’t mean they have the ability to be a good Dr. Again NOT FOR ME. When calling his office there is a 25 to 35 minute wait just to talk to someone. The answering service does not document your calls. When checking in there is a long line. His medical assistant, while pleasant, has poor communication. She says she will call you back and doesn’t. Doctor Grover says he will call you and doesn’t. They seem to be understaffed and not professionally trained. The whole office experience was unprofessional and weird. In my personal experience I got involved with the office manager. After 12 nonreturned phone calls in a nine day period she helped me out. I truly appreciate her being my advocate and personally communicating with Dr Grover for me. In choosing a Dr we all need to remember they work for us. We are paying their salary. So why would we ever put up with arrogance and rudeness? Would Dr Grover work if you are in a pinch? Probably! But for long term care, that being prescription refills, I believe I can do better. If I were to give Dr Grover any advice I would say “maybe work on cadavers or go into anesthesiology where your patients are asleep!” You are along ways away from learning to work with the average person. I would not send my mom, husband, child or even neighbor to him. I love and get along with everyone but I am choosing to not stoop to this kind of treatment. I am Just glad I know what my boundaries are… Glad I have enough self esteem not to settle for him. Hope this helps…"
"Dr Grover is a wonderful doctor and I am so glad I found him! He listens and tries to help in every way possible. He doesn’t treat you like you are part of an assembly line and has to move you out as soon as possible. I highly recommend him!"
"Went above and beyond any doctor I have seen in the last 5 years. Took the time to listen to concerns and addressed those concerns even after "medical testing" was done. Shared his medical knowledge with us and helped us prioritize what we needed to do after leaving his office. I feel he really cares about his patients and their well being. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor."
