"I am a local and attended the 200 hour YTT and take classes at Tadasana regularly. The studio and the staff are amazing. They just installed Infrared Heaters which is a different type of heat - in a great way! My practice has gone to a new level. If you haven't tried this studio out and you are reading thees review, give Tadasana a try. You won't be disappointed!!"
"So nice to have the studio open for business after the covid-19 shut down. I did Tina's power flow class yesterday and Dodi's power flow class this morning. The instructors styles were different from each other but equally challenging and rewarding. I will continue to practice at this studio and I highly recommend you take a class if you haven't already. "Participated in the Core Power Class today. Since my wrist injury it's been nearly 2 years since I had the motivation to get back into Yoga. With a few modifications due to the mobility of my wrist, the class went really well and the instructor was amazing. After class, she took time out to introduce herself to me and my girlfriend.
