"I transferred over here from the Provo office for Dr. Scott Rogers. My experience here has been amazing! The receptionists know my name, they know my process & dates of procedures which makes it a very welcoming environment. Dr. Rogers knows what he's doing & went above & beyond to answer any questions I had & calmed me down about my procedure. My procedure went very smoothly & any concerns I had, he would see me right away. He paved a very nice recovery plan for me & has been amazing to work with! I just had Surgery #2 with him & I would highly recommend him!"
"As a doctor this group is fine. But their customer service needs work. So far this week, I made an appointment I arrived early and waited nearly an hour before I had to reschedule my appointment. I set it up for a week later. For the rescheduled appointment I arrived early, now I have been waiting over 30 minutes and have yet seen the doctor."
"Dr. Mckenzie was my doctor. I saw him in the Saratoga Springs and American Fork office. I met with him to talk about a couple of neuroma's in both feet. He wanted to operate the following week. He was very nice in both my visits with him. When I tried to talk about what was being done and for how much with the business side of the office( he is part owner in the surgical center) I never got a straight answer even though the Dr. said that they could give me an answer. When I postponed the surgery to look at the costs I felt like they dropped the level of helping me to nothing. I met with the Dr. again and he gave me some shots for my feet and sold me ortho inserts that didn't even fit my arches.(Another local podiatrist verified that he injected the wrong area and said the ortho inserts were not correct for my feet) I went to collect my X-rays from the Saratoga Springs office and had to go back twice because one of the receptions their didn't know what she was doing and was quite rude about being inadequate. My experience with both of these offices was not professional at all and I will not be returning nor will I recommend them."
