"I usually don't leave reviews but this place is the worst! My daughter never received her glasses that were ordered last October! I've called multiple times asking about them and get the same explanation that they'll ask the manager and call me back. (I've never gotten a call back from them and im still waiting for the glasses)"
"I have been waiting for contacts to be shipped to me for over 13 weeks, despite having been assured that they would be sent to me in 3-4 weeks at the time I ordered. There have been no representatives notifying me that the shipments are delayed. Every time I call, they say they will check up on it or call me back, but they never do. It is obvious that they do not care about their customers. I paid at the time I ordered and am now feeling like this is bordering on theft. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
"Struggling to understand what is going on at this office. We have had so many issues. My husband made an appointment on the phone but when we got to the location they said he did not have an appointment. The front desk person eventually figured out what happened but it took a while. Contacts were ordered in December 2023 and by the end of January he had not received them so he called and asked for some trials. When we got to the office the front desk person said she couldn't find them. I told her we had just talked to someone on the phone that morning and was told they would be there. She wandered around a bit and said she couldn't find them. (My visit to the store had obviously interrupted her watching a movie which was paused on her tablet/computer). I leaned forward over the desk and saw them right there in front of her and pointed them out to her. Now here we are at the end of February and they still haven't arrived so he needs some more trials. Advice to anyone going to this office: Make sure you talk to someone in the actual location. If the phone forwards to the customer service line hang up, also do not make the appointment online. When ordering contacts ask how long they are currently taking to arrive. Expect to help the person at the front desk perform their job. Update - I went to pick up more trials this morning and the person at the desk was pleasant, polite and able to find the lens's quickly."
"I don’t recommend this place at all. I understand the lab was behind and they had some issues with their supplier, but I’ll never understand the front desk lady’s attitude towards it. She was passive aggressive after I simply asked why it was taking so long. She said it is what it is and if I’m not happy with waiting 5 months to get my son’s glasses then I can go ahead and cancel the order and get them somewhere else. Not once during the 5 months of waiting was I offered an update or an apology for the delay. I used to love this place but I won’t return after I pick up my son’s glasses."
"Ordered contacts and it took 7 months to receive. Ordered glasses back in September 2023 for my son. It is now February. They originally told me it would be 6 weeks, it is now going on 6 months. He is halfway through his last prescription, and by the time we get this, he will need new glasses. I'm not sure why they are not telling their customers the truth. If you call they will say we will check with the lab on an ETA, but never follow-up or call back. Now, the line just rings. No one answers. I got my sons prescription, and ordered online at GlassesUSA, came in 2 weeks. Don't waste your time or money."
