"I had a physical where I mentioned I had a lab order for some bloodwork that I needed done. The doctor didn’t pay attention to the time and waited until their blood draw clinic was closed for the day, and made me drive to a different lab for the blood draw. I was then referred out of network for a consultation instead of being sent to another revere doctor. I now have to get the same consultation don’t somewhere that actually takes my insurance. Very frustrating and disappointing experience, will be finding a new general practitioner."
"Horrible! All they care about is your money! I have to leave this review to warn others! I wish I would have read the reviews. I had to call their office at least 4 times because they kept writing my insurance wrong in their system(something about mixing up military insurance which I assured them I don't have) even though they had clear pictures of my insurance card & written. This continued up until their billing department causing them to bill the insurance incorrectly and then bill me outrageous office visits. I had to speak with their Billling department twice to try to rectify and still they insist full responsibility is on me! My own insurance is still trying to rectify this issue with billing on THEIR end since June of last year. How they care about money: I had two separate office visits where I went in and saw the doctor. Yet they insist on saying I had 3 office visits because "the 2nd office visit the doctor and I SPOKE of a related prescription to the visit" but I was NEVER actually prescribed this. Apparently just the act of SPEAKING of a related diagnosis/prescription classify as a 3rd office visit! Now this means they want to bill me for 3 office visits even though I only went IN for TWO office visits. This is completely ridiculous! Usually its insurance companies that give headaches, in this case it's THIS Practice and their billing. Stay away and save yourself from their INCOMPETENCE and headaches!"
"I had to delete my original review and post my update. The doctors are awesome and listen. The medical assistants are always nice. The nurse is amazing! I always struggle with getting information from front desk. Was told I own $500+ and they didn't know why. I've never recieved any mail or emails saying I own that much. I called Billing and they said that was incorrect and don't owe anything. I hate the run around I've been given. I love the providers, and wish I could go back to 5 stars."
"I have been going to this office for a few years now. I really appreciate their approach to medicine. I had a really good experience recently where they fit my daughter in when she really needed to be seen. Even thought it was a five minute appointment, Dr Barry was great and didn't make me feel rushed and showed care. We got in, we got out, and my daughter was comfortable with Dr. Barry."
"My family has come to this office probably a dozen times and we really cannot recommend it. Dr. Pace is nice, but really touchy, bordering on inappropriate. He’s also made some sexiest comments to me in the dated and inappropriate sort of “good old boys club” way. They accidentally mis-charted me as having acute liver failure which was a mess to clean up. With the exception of Michelle the office manager, their front office is really lacking and it was like pulling teeth to get any information from them. I recently waited an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor and when I gently expressed my frustration to Dr. Pace he let loose on me about how hard his day has been and “if I only knew what he’s been through.” I empathize, I really do, but it was a completely inappropriate response. We will not be visiting this office again."
