"Do not go here if you mind terrible treatment from the billing staff. I had a no show fee although I did call to cancel because I was ill. It was outside of the 24 hour limit so I understood I needed to pay. I asked to make payments and the request was granted. I was late on my last payment for $20. All of my appointments were canceled and I was threatened to be sent to collections for $20! I was in desperate need to talk to my therapist. Instead I left triggered and with a panic attack. I paid my bill there and then but was still not allowed to see my therapist because they had canceled all of my appointments. Never mind the fact that earlier in the year I had a large positive balance because I had been accidentally paying double copays. They were fine to keep my money then. This billing office may need to be reminded they are dealing with people who have mental health concerns and to have a little grace. It is not like I was a problem patient."

"Personally, this is the best place I have found with EMDR therapy. Not to mention, my therapist is amazing. She is the best one since my childhood therapist. It has great atmosphere and I enjoy driving to this location. Will continues going here for years."

"David is a great therapist. But for personal reasons I had to cancel my appointment. It was the day of. I don't pay for my appointments my insurance covers them. But not cancellations. I was charged 100.00. I can not afford this kinda of issue. I get sick during this time of the year due to my low immune system and with my mental health issues snow storms are hard on me and I don't know til that day if its going to be bad or not. So I had to cancel all my future appointments. All I can say is Mental Health issues are a real thing. So beware."

"Edit: they also have a sign that says rate 5 stars on google and get a free pop it, so they are essentially bribing for good reviews. They have no idea what they are doing financially/insurance wise. They go through a third party to deal with insurance, so you end up going months until you are sent an aggressive letter stating there’s a huge balance on your account. When you call them they always have to do some digging before they find the problem. Their website is so scattered you have to pay over phone which doesn’t seem safe to me. I’ve had this happen 4 times before I was finally done paying these outrageous amounts. If I would have knew about the amounts building sooner I would have stopped going forever ago. Uncool to jump your clients like that. It’s so unprofessional, this place has caused so much stress then relief."
