"They did a great job. I felt like the doctor cared about me and my health. Everyone there was very nice!"

"Reception and nurses are super friendly and welcoming, a few different magazines in the waiting area, a few vending machine options, the docs are nice but it's another government funded program that is slowly failing they are payed by the hour not by how much they help don't do anytime of after care check ups but will guarantee a blood test or urine test, have went multiple times for ptsd, back pain, sleep problems they just try to fill whatever quota big pharmacy is pushing for the month it feels like, every time I go it's a new prescription without asking if I'd like a natural alternative, the doctor ive seen speaks broken english with a very heavy thick accent and cannot understand what he says 3/4 of the time because he is staring at a computer and mumbling to himself typing very loudly and wont make eyecontact or look your direction as if he is googling any thing and everything you say web md doctor.asks the same questions in different formats while trying to get you to just leave it feels like asking the security guard in the front about your problems/pains would probably be a better solution if your trying to stay sane and compliant with VA Healthcare regulations."

"This was the first time I had been in this clinic, but not my last. So much better than the SALT LAKE HOSPITAL, the staff were all so friendly, the building was new, the time for my visit was on time. I had three appointments for that day and every visit was on time."

"Everyone here was exceptional, the security guard, the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor. Wait time was minimal, only issue was the scheduler gave me the address to the old location but even that was a non-issue because I go everywhere too early and was still 5 minutes early for my appointment! I was able to lie down to get my blood drawn which helps me so I don't pass out. It was quick and painless. Next year I will try to bring some Krispy Kreme for the staff."

"I have had nothing but good experiences at this VA. The staff is all very professional & caring, and I have never waited past my appointment times (in fact I am often called in early). I appreciate the services this clinic provides, and the care it gives to veterans. I agree with many other reviews that the phone system could use some updating (it can be frustrating to get the correct department the first time you call, but after that have found it quite easy to use), but that is more of a VA wide problem than something specific to this location."
