"went here for the first time Dr. Ogden is amazing my nurse Tiffani was awesome put me at ease and both dr. Ogden and Tiffani made my visit very pleasant., My one disappointment was with pharmacy waited for over an hour, and for the pharmacy clerk to tell me my medications would not be cover and she could not verify 1st if any medication or which would be cover."
"I came in with my daughter who had an ear infection. The woman who checked us in (Cambria?) was quick and helpful, and sweetly got a juice box and snack for my sick toddler. The medical staff were all extremely courteous and efficient. They all made a trip to the doctor an otherwise pleasant experience."
"If you have anything urgent. don't go here. This is the second time we've been in and the staff was rude to us. My roomate had likely torn her meniscus (she did) and we went in with me carrying her piggy-back since she couldn't walk. I asked "can we get a little help?" On the way in and we were ignored completely by a nurse walking by and weren't helped until the woman at the desk was finished with whatever she was doing on her computer. There was NOBODY else in the clinic and we both felt very unattended to. They ended up not being able to help us because of the type of insurance she had (which is fine except that she was rude about it). Overall, the staff feels very disconnected and unconcerned about needs. You feel like you're interupting 'social time' if you walk in with an injury."
"I came in late, no wait, never been taken care of so fast. Brett was my doctor and SO nice. He prescribed me medication for my strep throat and I’ve never received that kind of amoxicillin before but I have never felt better so fast. So kind. Totally coming"
"Everyone was very kind, however there was definitely a feeling of unprofessionalism. When we arrived at 1 the secretary told us all of the doctors were in a meeting and we would have to wait for an hour. (Meanwhile my friend was on the verge of fainting [again] due to heat stroke). When we were finally seen, the doctor had the wrong notes written into his computer (we were seeing them for heat stroke and it was written in simply as a 1st degree sunburn) and therefore was giving us the wrong information. When we tried to correct him he didn't take into account what we were saying. I reiterated myself several times and finally had to speak very firmly to him before he finally understood that we had already been doing everything he was suggesting and she was just getting worse . He then went to speak with an associate and when he returned he confirmed what we already suspected: that we would need an IV (whereas before he was telling us just to put fans on). When we finally got the IV started, it was put in wrong and started bleeding much more than it was supposed to. Then, the nurse started getting frustrated because the air bubbles wouldn't leave the tube and finally just reset the machine so it would stop beeping and starting it going so the bubbles ran into her arm. The nurse explained that it wasn't anything problematic and even though I have heard otherwise I am not a doctor so who am I to argue? Regardless, the way she handled it did not make my friend or I feel very safe about the situation. As I said, they are very nice people, but I did not feel like I could trust their information and do not feel comfortable coming back-especially not for anything more severe."
