"I went to this program and it is trash and didnt help me one bit not only do the people not care about you they don't know what they are doing there is only a few there that knows what they are doing when it comes to helping the kids that go there most people dont care and treated us poorly like were just criminals and not people and the state of the home was horrible I'm pretty sure there was a bird rotting in the fire place for about 4 or 5 months it would smell the whole house up and nobody did anything about it do not recommend this program to anyone."
"My son was placed at ACR by the court system and just recently graduated. Our experience with the treatment center was not only a positive experience in that ACR was able to get my son back on the right path but it was also life changing for the entire family. I just wish the court system and caseworker would have placed my son there first, rather than placing him at three other residential treatment centers before the placement at ACR. I was astounded to see a negative review had been posted regarding a therapist at ACR, like I said it's been my experience that the clinical team and staff have not only been professional though also very effective in changing the lives of these young men so I question the validity of the review."
"My family and I went to go visit a relative there. My cousin Tyler saw the therapist urinating on the tree that was no more than a couple feet away from the windows. My family and I didn't see anything, but unfortunately Tyler did see his full front exposed during our visit. I only saw the therapist known as Chris (That is his real name) start moving behind the tree after Tyler went to confront him. Tyler asked Chris why he was peeing outside and the therapists response was "The other bathrooms are occupied" We took Tyler out of the house because he isn't safe there. The therapist is supposed to be a professional, not a fool who seriously can't wait to go to the bathroom so he does it during a family visit in front of the windows of the room we were having our visit? I hope he is fired, can't wait to see him in court."
