Dr Riddle operated on me removing my thyroid and followed up, resolving my concerns. I now go in for follow up exams and maintenance with Sharla Morgan. All of the staff treat me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this facility and staff."

"I have been going to the thyroid institute for 3 years and have had a number of issues. There have been countless times they didn’t send my lab request forms even though an hour prior they have called saying it’s all sent and ready to go. They are TERRIBLE at answering phone calls during business hours. Sometimes you can even hear them pick up and quickly hang up on you. Both receptionists and nurse lines. I have been trying to get ahold of them several times this week but can never get through and never receive return calls so today (Saturday) I decided to call in hopes to leave a voicemail. The answering service lady was completely rude and unprofessional leaving me in tears. So now I’m deciding it’s time to be done at the thyroid institute."

"I have to say this place is not easy or fun to work with. I am usually not even called back until 30-45 minutes after my appt time and then it takes another 30-45 to even be seen. I have a newborn at home as well as a toddler so it isn’t easy for me to try and arrange care or bring them with. I just wish they would figure out how to move patients along faster."
