"Not a good experience at all. Starting with the front desk eating while checking you in, to telling others patients they are not nice and to move along to have someone else to check them in, to only having the DR in my room for 45seconds . I then asked the Dr if he will be doing any test on me and he responded with “you’ve been sick for too long, what ever you had you already survived it”! I really do not recommend this urgent care. It looks like they are more in to quantity vs quality."

"Dr Sarah Lee was extremely thorough and thoughtful in her diagnosis and prescribed just the right medication accordingly. Instacare was efficient in getting me in and seen and out of there. The phlebotomist was excellent and all the workers that dealt with me were engaging and really acted like they cared!"

"My visit was to InstaCare. I had a bit of a wait for the doctor once in the treatment room, but all the staff I interacted with were wonderful. The doctor did s masterful job stitching my cut fingers, and was so personable making me feel confident and well taken care of."

"I had 3 X-rays that needed to be done, I was told to come back, because the tech was alone and could not do them , she said it was too difficult to manage on her own. I was told to go to ihc hospital or come back on Monday after 3:00pm. Strange as it was almost empty in waiting room, and I waited a very short time to be seen. The receptionist was very nice though."

"I appreciate the customer service and care the team demonstrated! They were friendly, knowledgeable and caring; remarkable as my appointment was immediately after I observed the receptionist and office manager handle a difficult customer perfectly. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire conversation. Great attitude under pressure!"
