"I was happy with my therapist and was sad when she moved on. She did recomend another therapist in the office but it's been 3 months now several cans with no call back. . I've even stopped in a few times but no one was in the office or come out to secif I needed help. Don't waste your time if you need services now Iook elsewhere."

"If you are referred here by another entity or individual, run, don't walk, away. Ask the entity or individual who referred you for another referral. This man (Ted Harris) is incompetent. He should request a refund from the university that awarded him his doctorate. Apparently, the “good doctor” was listening with only half an ear while he wrote furiously during our diagnostic interview: • He misquoted me in his report of that interview • He quoted me out of context in his report of that interview • His conclusions are materially inaccurate as a result of his out-of- context quotations and misquotation • Fortunately for him, all a practitioner has to do to get a malpractice claim dismissed in Utah is wave a magic wand while shouting furiously, “Standard of care!” • My own professional aspirations were derailed, perhaps permanently, by his abject carelessness"

"IV been coming here a few months I'm absolutely in love with my therapist, she really helps me a lot. I just wish when i needed to move my appointments some one would pick up the phone. I've left messages that never got a response, this is within a month ago. Now when i call I find its easier not to expect a pick up, its just a pleasent shock when they do."

"This place doesn't know how to anwser their phones! I set an appointment up months ago, when i called that week of my appointment for 3 days straight they wouldnt anwser or call me back! So i left a voice mail saying i would like to cancel all future appointments. Seeing i won't go somewhere where they cant keep communication. No reply from them. Found a new place. Now months later I'm getting call that they want to cancel my appointment and rescedule? When i never booked. When i explained the situation, and told them i never booked an appointment, they totally changed thier nice tune. Would not suggest this place. Front desk communication and attitudes are ridiculous."

"This office has more than one therapist and my experience has been favorable. I feel welcomed when I arrive the Secretary/Receptionist knows majority of the clients and greets everyone by name. I have never met Dr Harris in the 3 yrs I've been a client. Although this is his office there a number therapists to choose from."
