"Jane and Melissa have horrible customer service skills. Justin Haslam wrote a prescription with the wrong dose, thankfully, the pharmacist caught it. I had to argue with Jane and Melissa, they insisted the prescription was written correctly. Melissa suggested the pharmacy was lying to me. After much back-and-forth, the pharmacist reached out to the clinic and educated the staff. The prescription was corrected, but I received no apology. 01/15/2024 update: Justin Haslam retaliated against my complaint by cancelling active prescriptions I had already paid the clinic to dispense."
"I initially went to the urgent care on Oct. 31, I was seen by Dr. C because I had extreme back pain, he said I didn’t have an infection but he was going to sent it to the lab for further analysis and they where going to call me back if the results where positive, they never did! So that meant I didn’t have an infection at all. I’m still having some pain and Today Nov. 9 they call me to tell me that the results were back and that I do have an infection! I spoke with the Dr. He apologized, apparently he was out of the office those days and the person reading the results read them wrong etc etc. The problem here is that whatever the situation was there was someone in pain all these days without medication because “everything is ok”. I know he was sorry, the Dr. Didn’t mean to do this but there’s things Ogden clinic needs to work on to make sure this doesn’t happened again to someone else. If a doctor is out of town, the other Dr. in charge needs to follow up with his patients. Or take detail time to read the results! It’s people’s lives you guys are dealing with! We thrust the Clinic is doing a good job. Well, not anymore!"
"We have been going here for about 20 years. Lately it has felt more like an assembly line - get as many people in as quickly as possible and charge as much as you can. Recently went in for my “no cost” annual physical. I was charge over $150 because during the physical I asked about a pain in my arm. When I questioned the charge for an annual physical, I was told that because I asked questions about my arm (a non-preexisting condition, by the way) that wasn’t part of the physical so I needed to pay for that. Seems like a bit of a money-grab to me and after 20+ years we will find another clinic that is NOT part of the Ogden Clinic."
"I usually see Dr. Miconi. Which I love. But she was booked so I saw Dr H. They call him. Had no regard for my well being. Spent literally 30 seconds with me. Said it was probably covid and walked out. Terrible experience do not recommend Dr. H."
"I scheduled an appointment to be seen, which I had to wait till the next day. I didn’t mind I understand facilities are overwhelmed with patients, but I ended up waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes. They finally pulled me into the back to run some tests on me and then they immediately sent me home and told me someone would call me with the results. I finally received a call 3 hours later and my test came back negative. They didn’t ask if I had any questions she immediately went to go hang up the call. I was diagnosed with a virus (which from my understanding are contagious), they treated me like I was perfectly fine, I could go back to work and as if I would start feeling better the next day. I rarely visit the doctors because I don’t have insurance. I was charged 120$ Just to be seen which is fine except they took my money and were rushing me out of the office. They didn’t offer anything to ease my discomfort. I haven’t ate in 3 days, it hurts to breath, I’ve been waking up in a pile of sweat, sleeping a very irregular amount, there’s a lot of pressure behind my eyes and I’ve started having diarrhea. After this experience I decided I will never be seeing a doctor again unless I’m literally dying because it’s a waste of my time and money."
