"CT experience was very professional. Clinic was clean and staff were engaging and courteous. I was fortunate to receive an appointment for the same day, not the norm I am certain, but very much appreciated. Tyler was my technician and he was superb. Parking is easily available to the clinic and the experience is very pleasant when comparing to IHC hospital facilities which can be chaotic and noisy. If having a test with radiology for a potentially difficult diagnosis, calmness and privacy should be the standard. I would definitely go to Tellica again for radiology services."

"This was an extremely organized facility. After I arrived it was just a few minutes before I was called back, given a chance to change and taken in the MRI room. When I registered, it asks for music preferences on Pandora and it was already playing. I mentioned how cold the room was, the tech asked me if I wanted a warm blanket. I felt like all that could be done to make a person comfortable for that procedure, was done. Thank you Tellica for making this comfortable experience!"

"The location is easy to access with convenient parking by the front door. No downtime when I arrived. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Scott, the technician did everything to make me comfortable during the MRI. He gave me headphones with the relaxing music I requested and a warm blanket. He explained to me what to expect in detail. "I had a Wonderful experience. I have been attending school in Canada, and so I am used to horrible quality of care and horrifically long wait times when it comes to anything medical. This place provided none of that. I walked in, the check-in process was smooth and the front desk woman was very kind. I waited for probably 2-3 minutes before being called back for my CT scan. The techs were kind, thorough, and quick. The whole process from when I walked in the building until when I walked out was probably 10-15 minutes. They also completed the report from my imaging within an hour or two and sent it to my doctor. It was a very easy and pleasant experience!"
