"We were down in St. George for my son’s soccer games, and while down here, my daughter who recently broke her arm was in a lot of pain with the splint she was given at another clinic. We went in and saw Austin Golding at the Instacare and he took AMAZING care of my daughter. He took the time to explain why a half cast was a better option, and spent the time to talk to us and give us our options. We ultimately went with a cast and my daughter now feels a lot better."
"Was only charged an office visit price, and had a orthopedic surgeon look at my x-rays. So much better than going to instacare!"
"Great Facility! I'm so glad we have an urgent ortho. The staff were so great with my kid."
"Extremely disappointed with my experience here on 10/28/2022. I got in a dirt bike accident and went to this ortho urgent care. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I told them I had fallen really hard directly on my shoulder and felt like I did some major damage. They took some x-rays. The nurse came in and told me it was fine and gave me some tylenol. I reiterated that the pain was really bad and I felt like there's something else going on. She made a joke in front of my wife about being a baby and I'd be ok. The doctor never came in to see me, even though I saw him twice walking around in the clinic. It wasn't busy...only a patient or two aside from me. I went home and the pain got worse. Four days later (Tuesday) I got an MRI where they found a dislocated shoulder, impact fracture, and torn labrum. Now I'm on my way to the ER to have it put back in place ASAP before it heals incorrectly. Thanks guys"
