We went in and saw Austin Golding at the Instacare and he took AMAZING care of my daughter. He took the time to explain why a half cast was a better option, and spent the time to talk to us and give us our options. We ultimately went with a cast and my daughter now feels a lot better."

"Extremely disappointed with my experience here on 10/28/2022. I got in a dirt bike accident and went to this ortho urgent care. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I told them I had fallen really hard directly on my shoulder and felt like I did some major damage. They took some x-rays. The nurse came in and told me it was fine and gave me some tylenol. I reiterated that the pain was really bad and I felt like there's something else going on. She made a joke in front of my wife about being a baby and I'd be ok. The doctor never came in to see me, even though I saw him twice walking around in the clinic. It wasn't busy...only a patient or two aside from me. I went home and the pain got worse. Four days later (Tuesday) I got an MRI where they found a dislocated shoulder, impact fracture, and torn labrum. Now I'm on my way to the ER to have it put back in place ASAP before it heals incorrectly. Thanks guys"
