"Okay so let me start off by saying I’m a little bias because I worked here for a few months but please know that all of this is true and comes from the heart. I have never in my life worked with more dedicated, kindhearted, diligent, and sincere people in my life from the leadership, admins, RBT’s, literally even the independent cleaning staff amazing! The children truly come first at Aba Possibilities and are loved on and cared for like no other place I have worked. Every child’s treatment plan and needs come first and I have seen techs go above and beyond to make sure their learner is thriving. The daily schedules and activities are curated and planned out by the most creative staff and feedback is always welcomed and wanted. The BCBA’s and supervisors are so knowledgeable about autism and aba therapy and diligent about creating plans specific to learners needs. I have never worked for a company that practices compassionate ABA and now that I have I could never go back to any other method besides compassionate. It just works and put the child’s needs and emotions first and that is most important in aba therapy. I could write a novel about the amazing things about Aba possibilities and I say this with God as my witness they are the best aba therapy company in Utah."
