"I was referred to Janene by my PCP. I am dealing with sleep issues, gut health, and pain in my feet. After one treatment on my achilles I was able to hike without pain. I have been dealing with this for over a year and have even seen my foot doctor. She has done wonders for me! Also, my sleep has been the best I've had in a long time. We are still working on these things and I am confident that I will be pain free and sleeping like a baby (not a colicky one) on a regular basis. Janene is very knowledgeable in her field. "I had no idea how many benefits could come from acupuncture and body work until my journey with Janene. Through her work she has helped me with chronic back pain, muscle recovery, addiction, anxiety, sleep etc. Janene is patient, knowledgeable, friendly and comforting, and works wonders.
