"Even with a referral they don't reach out until you call several times. When your sleep study score comes back as severe (70) they still don't get you in right away for the equipment. They make unnecessary appts to give you info you already know and can see on their secure patient portal and then they say they will "send a referral" or have you come back in. Another office visit and more waiting while obstructed breathing is happening every night at the severe level. Never see the actual Physician. PA is great but I am sure the Physician is billing for services. I wish there was another option as this office and its procedure is awful."
