"The staff was fantastic and I was seen quickly on a busy Friday night. The staff shows empathy and concern throughout the whole process. If I lived in Utah this would be my go to emergency room."
"The service we received was fairly good, however the billing company that they use for the ER doctors, EPIC, is AWFUL!! It took them over 7 months and several phone calls to get them to bill our insurance correctly... They kept billing the wrong company. And since they weren't getting paid, they sent us to collections, even though the fault was their own. While in collections, they finally billed insurance correctly and were paid. It took going through the BBB to get us out of collections. We were then sent a bill for our portion of the services. I went to pay it online and in order to pay it online I had to give them permission to bill our credit card for any future bill that may come without any permission needed. I obviously declined that because in this situation they would have charged us for the full ER Bill and charged our credit card...YIKES!! So I mailed them a check, which they have deposited, and I am still receiving bills. Our ER visit was over 1 year ago, and we are still dealing with the incredibly inept billing company that the ER Doctors at Ogden Regional choose to use. Needless to say we will not be using this ER for any future needs, it's just not worth the headache of the aftermath!!"
