"A comprehensive health provider that serves it's community very well. There are many services such as doctors, nurses, lab work, therapy, case managers, treatment plan coordinators, pharmacy, and more. Everyone of the staff I have met have been very helpful and kind and understanding. I highly suggest that if you are in a disadvantaged situation that you come here and do an intake and they will help you with your needs."

"This place is an insult to mental health ! This place is why our loved ones are still struggling. Takes half a day to be told as a new patient who was checked in, but not given any directions how the place works, that he was a no show. No meds, no counseling, told to come back next week. WHAT A JOKE OF A MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY !!!"

"Have given me infinitely more frustration and pain than they have helped. Over 4 hours of intake appointments, canceled and rescheduled appointments, across 10 weeks and I still have not seen a therapist. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because they are good with my child’s therapy. But it’s terrible to reach out for help and not to get any. There are a few good people there, but overall it’s just disappointing"

"While I have had good experiences with the doctors I have seen at this location, the front office staff is extremely rude, demeaning and unhelpful. I have put off scheduling appointments for months, simply due to the fact that the front office staff is just so difficult to deal with... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The front staff will just put you with the wrong doctor and then gaslight you into thinking you have no say or choice in anything having to do with your treatment."
