"They were great in the beginning!! Super helpful. But after awhile I stopped getting calls from them. Then I needed to make an appointment to come in but I’m very forgetful due to seizures and I’ve told them. The male receptionist is very rude. He tells me there are no available times for the person I needed to see when my therapist just told me they had availability and to call and make an appointment. The receptionist was just very short and always seemed to have an attitude when I called. Other than that everyone was was very nice. I stopped getting calls from my therapist and case worker after awhile though and started only dealing with my case manager. My case manager did an amazing job even with all her own life changing stuff goin on (she no longer works for them) and I thank my lucky stars for her!! So thank you for helping me get connected to her!!"
