"Edit: I went back to this er 3/24/24 and got Dr Madrid. He did not want to give me pain medication to treat my abdominal pain. I let him know I respected that and allowed him to give me the medication he felt fit. I was told by a SURGEON that I have an umbilical hernia that is a pretty decent size. I also had seen Dr Bradford there at the er recently and he also confirmed the hernia and agreed they can be pretty painful. Fr Madrid insisted that this hernia does not cause pain at all. He said I do have abdominal pain but it is NOT from my hernia. Funny. Then released he stated in my notes that I requesting IV morphine. Which is just simply not true. I did ask about pain medication because of the severity of my pain. But never did I “request” pain IV pain medication. I can entirely see why this location only has 2.6 stars. I have always respected the DRs decisions in my care and have NEVER argued. I take the medication they prescribe with out complaint. To lie in my discharge notes is just absolutely inappropriate to say the least. They do not care about your well being and look down to you over pain medication. He then insisted I requested to have him prescribe me narcotics for home. I told him “I never said that”. Integris you HAVE GOT to do better. You make your patients feel small and belittled. Then you put in your notes “if pain continues and or worsen please do not hesitate to return” but you belittle your chronically ill patients and make them feel UNCOMFORTABLE to return. SHAME ON YOU. Do not go here if you are someone who deals with a Chronic illness. I suffer from Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative colitis. Sometimes when the pain and nausea get so severe I do what my Dr’s instruct me to do and go to the ER. I have had multiple CT scans done at this hospital just to find out they failed to mention a mass on my liver just because they THINK it is benign they also failed to mention some finding in my gallbladder. Which could easily explain the pain I have been experiencing , instead Dr Babu is concerned I am addicted to pain medications. As someone who deals with a Chronic illness it is extremely offensive to be looked at this way. He stated that I wasn’t happy that I didn’t get pain meds. The medication was never the issue. Coming to the er for help because I KNEW something was wrong is the issue. I am deeply hurt by the way Dr Babu portrays people who are struggling. If anyone at this ER had taken the time to look at a Ct scan they would have seen the same thing ONE Dr had seen. Now I have to schedule surgery to get my gallbladder taken out after months of pain and being called a drug seeker by Dr babu. If this is the type of Dr’s you are okay with treating people who blow off their concerns all because pain meds had been administered in the passed then ok. I’m extremely disappointed in the treatment of Dr babu not just as a patient but a person. He belittled me the moment he made the personal assessment that I was drug seeking. Do better."

"Went to the ER with chest pain, it was hurting to even breathe. They did all the test found nothing. Ok then what’s causing this told me if it continues to go see my primary doctor. I thought you went to the ER for chest pain. The pictures are the 6 times they poked me before they finally got an IV in. They did 4 on the left and 3 on the right they finally got it in on the 7th. Before you say well it’s hard with veins, mine veins always come out immediately!!!!!"

"When I went to the hospital, I wasn’t taking care of how I wanted. As soon as I got there they were already trying to release me and not even knowing what I had. I was getting papers to sign off and getting charges I wasn’t even taking care of everybody was confused what was going on and when I explained I had a lot of pain in my ear. The doctor came and started talking to my daughter instead of focusing on me the one that was sick he was telling my daughter she was really beautiful and forgot that I was sick Was like the worst experience ever"

"Best Place to be seen! I've gone in multiple times with my granddaughter and they are so friendly, efficient and sensitive to our needs. I had to be seen myself and it ended up being an emergency appendectomy so was transported but everyone involved was great!"

"Visited the ER late Saturday evening after our 5 year old had a bad fall. Registration was quick and efficient. Wait time was appropriate for being 1 of 2 families. Shannon did a wonderful job assessing and reassuring our daughter despite her pain and fear. Wes was patient and attentive, the radiology tech was empathetic and mindful of our daughter’s pain. Dr. Medina erred on the side of caution and chose an effective temporary treatment plan despite no clear break on the X-Ray and referred us to a wonderful Ortho who confirmed an occult fracture. This team not only made us as the parents feel reassured and confident during treatment but made the entire experience for our daughter a memorable one full of laughs and jokes despite the injury."
