"I dont know who to blame but Im pissed. Had my pharmacy send in a refill request for my medication, called their front desk/nurse line and spoke to someone named debbie who said she would relay the message that I needed refills. This was earlier this week (Monday). It is Friday and the pharmacy has sent in their request for refills but no one has responded to it. Really maddening and very tempting to go to their office when open on this coming up Monday and scream at them for their laziness and incompetence. This is NOT acceptable. Especially not when my life is dependent on this medication!!!"

"The providers at Fusion deserve 5+ stars. My kids have both been seeing them since birth. Unfortunately, front desk staff is not near as wonderful and hasn’t been for as long as my extended family has been going here. Calls are often sent to voicemail and returned hours later…once you do finally get a call back you’re often cut off and given an unfriendly tone. It’s worth putting up with for the care you receive once you’re with the providers, just know you have to get past the front desk first."

"For medical care, I might recommend. But dealing with their "new" billing department I absolutely do NOT recommend. When talking with their billing representative I was constantly interrupted, talked over, and belittled. Unfortunately, I am no longer a patient of Fusion MD and can't recommend others to go unless they want to take part in unfair billing practices and prepare for surprise bills years later. When having to deal with their new billing department be prepared to be interrupted and bullied."

"I have seen three of the ladies at this office and they are very nice and seem very caring and attentive. They explained more to me than anyone other doctors ever have. I appreciate them very much!! My son is very comfortable with the ladies here and has no issues talking to the ladies. These complaints are ridiculous, every doctors office I have been to charges for last minute cancellations and some offices (not this office) even remove you from being a patient after 2 last minute cancellations."

"The providers of this office are incredible, but the staff is terrible and the policies are not very friendly. I needed to cancel an appointment last minute, but within 24 hours, and I was still charged a $25 cancellation fee, even though the circumstances behind the cancellation were out of my control and I wasn’t available to cancel prior to that. The staff is cold and unfriendly and you can hardly ever get in to see the providers. I won’t be coming back or referring people to them in the future, which I used to do often."
