"I called CVS in Spanish Fork to inquire regarding a medicine. The guy who answered the phone bluntly said, we don't have it, and didn't even let me finish my question. He dismissed me on the spot, neither caring about my question nor wanting to listen to the rest of it, for that matter. I was in disbelief to what was happening. Was he busy that he didn't even want to answer the phone? Or something else? I was so shocked that I hung up the phone. If customer service is this bad, I prefer to avoid CVS in Spanish Fork."
