"Great experience, was greeted with some really friendly sales folks. I told them that I'm looking for a specific piece of furniture that been difficult to find. It is so happened they had the exact piece I was looking for in the color and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quality of the furniture is difficult to match, and I've always had a positive experience with the people there. One of the better furniture stores in the Salt Lake area no doubt!"

"We bought a love seat here. Melanie was very helpful. When we voiced concern about it possibly being to big, she assured us we had 2 weeks to test it out. After 1 week we came to the conclusion that it was indeed large. We called to inform them it wasn’t working in our space. The gentleman said we could not return it - because it was a floor model? Feels like a bait and switch policy- since we had been told that the same couch could be returned. When we questioned this we were told we would get a call back but never have."

"Came in on 02/17 @10 am to look at some furniture with their president day sale. I got the dimensions of the stuff and asked if I could come back Monday to purchase to make sure it worked in my home. The gentleman that opened the store told me no and that the sale was ending today. Called another store and was told the sale was ending Monday at 8 pm at all stores. Using a car dealership sales tactics at a store is gross and obnoxious. Will be purchasing from an entirely different store and brand as opposed to a place with sleazy sales tactics."

"I wish they had more variety of similar style things. Even just different wood types or colors. But aside from that, their customer service is awesome, they 100% honor warranty service with no complaints. At all the stores I've visited the employees were really knowledgeable about their products and helped combine options to help make it work. The value is high for all of the products we have purchased from them."
