"I have been a part of Zyia for 4 years now. I tried their product, fell in love, jumped in as a rep and have loved being a part of it ever since! Their customer service is great and they have always been quick to rectify issues when they arise. I love the versatility, styles, and quality of the clothing! The founders and leaders from the top all the way down are genuine, so encouraging, and really do put all their hearts into the company. They truly care and bend over backwards to take care of their reps! It doesn’t feel like a business, but more like a family that I get to earn income from while having fun and looking good doing so! So thankful for the last 4 years and I have no plans of leaving anytime soon. I was shocked and heartbroken to see the negative reviews, none of those have even come close to my experience. Are their frustrating moments, sure, as with any business in this world, but those moments are far and few in between- when you compare the good, it far outweighs the bad."

"Horrible quality. I was a rep in Canada, I ended my contract as most items that customers received were defective(stay away from the light tights especially). High shipping costs and the customer service is brutal. With a closet full of ZYIA, it is all pilled , falling apart and Worth nothing but clothes to wear out to do farm chores because you don’t care if you wreck them. Stick with Lulu and athleta, Free shipping you don’t have to pay for your returns and the quality is way higher"

"Pricey clothes, TERRIBLE customer service. Showed up at the showroom to pick up some clothes from an order and I could see people inside- and they saw me- and they completely ignored me! That’s the last I’m buying from these guys! They got too big and now don’t care. The phone people suck too."
