"Dear blonde manager. Managing can take a lot, but the one part that’s the easiest is taking care of customers. We are pretty easy as I have experienced throughout my management career. I like to be heard, treated with kindness, respect, and for the issue to be addressed. I came in with an issue today I was double charged for an item, when you were asked to help assist, I got an icky look from you , like I was putting you out. But as a manager, let’s remember who was really put out , me! I was charged for an item that I did not buy, and I had to come all the way back which was a 25 minute drive, had to stand in line, explain what took place, and to top it off I had the pleasure of experiencing your poor customer, service, the snotty look you gave me and lack of compassion for a mistake done by an employee. Again as managers were in charge. We set the example. Today you set a very poor example. I’m still trying to get the bad taste out of my mouth. I chose to write this today because this is not my first bad interaction with you. I love to decorate. Therefore, I visit your store quite often some times I run into you. Just never sure who I’m gonna get. Next time maybe just maybe you can treat your customers with a smile and a welcoming tone. This is apart of the job."
"She was very rude iliana B I am returning one item spent more almost $200 as she say because that I don’t wanna return sitting in the car but didn’t says if in the car cannot return , because she was rude , that Cash or Kevin he made a drama? The cashier was all drama. Feel like not shipping again this location . Wanna talk to store manager she say I am the manager I’m requesting corporate store. Please take action."
"Great deals on backpacks for back to school! Lots of variety to choose from. The store was busy but that's pretty normal! The cashier did forget to ring me up for one my backpacks and I noticed how low my total was on my way out the store. I came back in and had a different cashier charge me. Friendly staff!"
"TJ Maxx is the best discount store in town. They have an excellent selection including jewelry, footware, houseware, toys, and clothes for all ages. Their selection is outstanding and their prices are the best you'll find anywhere. In most cases the quality is the same as department stores. Highly recommend."
