"I took my 11 yr old son to find a suit for his 2 yr old brother's funeral. I spoke with Chad who graciously worked with us the whole time. He had no idea why I was buying the suit, but just when I was able to tap my card to pay, he stops me and solemnly asks, "May I ask why you're purchasing the suit?" After I told him it's for his brother's funeral after a tragic accident, he quickly said, "This one is on me and Mr Mac." I didn't have to sign a single thing. He just let me walk out with this beautiful suit for my boy. I tried to protest as I know businesses need to run, but he insisted and I will forever be grateful. This is a business who cares about people, and I'm so honored to have them apart of our community."
