"Best Torrid in Utah. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For a while I had stopped buying clothes here because I felt like the quality had deteriorated. However, as of recently I have bought most of my work wear here. Perfect office attire and no problems with quality. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"There is a Hispanic lady that works here who is absolutely awesome! She is so nice and complimented my wife when we found the right shirt for her to wear to her baby shower. Love her. BUT this review is specifically for the blond hair associate with glasses. She is condescending and rude. My wife and I were both taken aback by her snarky remark when I, a male, pronounced the name of the store, a store for female clothing, incorrectly. Even days later it was enough for me to come and write this review about her. She has terrible customer service skills and acted like we were and inconvenience to her. You know, us… the customers spending our money to help her have a job. Won’t be back to purchase any more clothing while she is there."
