"Now this is Customer Service!!! Talk about a great team lead by Amy Bloomfield. It was end of day, we went a little past closing and I'm sure they were all exhausted and ready to be done for the day, but they serviced me like I was their only concern. I am finicky and Amy and her team stuck with me until I found exactly what I wanted. A good fitting bra is hard to find, but Amy is a bra expert! She helped me find exactly what I needed. Yay for the back slendering bra! It's pretty and functional, smoothing out my little bulgy back and side rolls, while keeping it sexy in the front. I cannot say enough good things about Amy and the patient, understanding, professional service she gave to me and her support team was so kind and helpful as well. They really had each other's backs. Thank you Amy!!! I greatly appreciate you!"

"I came today for a scheduled bra fitting in a desperate attempt to find one that fit me, since ThirdLove discontinued my size of 40H. Everyone was super helpful and patient, and I was shocked and ecstatic that not only did they help find a bra that fit me, I was able to choose between 4-5 options instead of just one or two! Of course, you'll pay a decent bit, but luckily I came when they were on sale for 2 for $59. That's less than I'd pay for ONE bra anywhere online. The clearance section is definitely worth checking out as well, lots of cute and quality clothes there. I will forever be buying my bras from Lane Bryant from now on."

"Store 7127 manager was incredibly unpleasant and rude. I went in there with my husband and child and the associates (Melissa and girl with shaggy hair cut and front blonde pieces) are sweet. HOWEVER the store manager was rude with a major attitude. I spent over 200 dollars today on bras and clothing which I did not need to but wanted to use my lane cash. I came back shortly to return a bra that was too tight and didn’t fit. The manager had an attitude the whole time and when I offered to exchange so the store wouldn’t take the hit she denied me to do any exchanging and customer service me at all. I have shopped there for 10 years as well as worked at lane Bryant for a short period of time and NEVER have I encountered a woman as unpleasant as the store manager. She was even short tempered with her employees and made snarky remarks to them. I left as fast as I could as to not be in the same store as her for any longer than necessary."

"Very upscale store. I must say, I don’t fit in, but my wife does. The staff is helpful and polite, but they all seam to be a bit on edge. Maybe the Christmas rush. I am always disappointed in the pricing and how hard it is to find what you are looking for. On that note, they really need to come up with a better way to display all their clothing. At first glance, there is nothing in the store that my wife is interested in, but when I start hunting for the hidden items, she typically finds more than I want to buy. The real problem is they seam to be trying to fit all plus size ladies into the same type of clothing. You know what I mean, the shirts or blouses that have all of the little frilly bits or extra fabric. These type of clothing are made to make the wearer stand out, when all of the plus size girls I know just want to fit in."
