"I ordered 2 Nike air max. When I was given the option to pay I chose Klarna. I received and email from fed ex letting me know that my address was incorrect and that they could not deliver my shoes. I called fedex and they told me that they could not change the address, that the shipper needed to. I called she carnival customer service and they were awful!!! They told me that they could not change the address either and that I needed to call fedex! I explained that I had already done that and she said well I’m sorry I cant change the address, and then the customer service rep mocked me by saying well you put the address wrong! . I said well then I want to cancel the order. She said she couldn’t do that either. I replied, so you’re telling me that I can’t do anything! I have to pay for shoes that I’m not getting ?! And she would just say, I can’t cancel, I can’t change the address! I checked my Klarna app and my address is correct with them. called my local store (riverdale, Utah) and spoke with Matt, he was very understanding and could not understand why customer service couldn’t help me either!! Issue had not been resolved."

"I always love the deals I find here. I wish there were more options for women's DCs. When I went, there were only three styles and I only like the classic ones. I'm not personally into high top DCs or platform DCs. But I bought the one pair there that I did like."

"Didn't have many of the normal sizes. If you wear a size 13, extra wide they got you covered, but if you are a normal person the selection isn't much."
