Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria

"Flavor or sauce on the pizzas was nice. Appreciated the fresh basil on the margarita. However, this was the worst dough I have ever eaten. It had no flavor, and did not have time to rise properly before being baked. Not to mention it seemed like the dough was more dried than baked resulting in a stiff dry flavorless bottom - think cardboard. The dough of a pizza is the most important component. If I had made this at home, I would have through it out and started over. But we spent $50 for 2 pizzas and are here on vacation so we ate what was delivered. Won’t eat there again and cannot believe this was sent out to be served. Tip: allow the dough to rise a couple of times and actually give it that time it needs. It will become pliable and flavorful, then bake it just a few minutes in a super hot oven. This will prevent a brittle brick crust and a review such as mine."

"The pizza dough is wonderful. I hot the margerhita pizza, but it did not have tomatoes, just globs of Mozzarella. We got the limon dessert, and it was good but very tart."

"Walked over here for an early dinner and was happy I did. I thought the atmosphere, food, and beer options were very good. The pricing was extremely fair and the service was great. If you need a nice easy spot for a good and reasonably priced meal I would definitely check it out."

"Came here off the suggestion of a local and it was phenomenal! Off of our friend's suggestion, we ordered the Fuego Blanco Pizza and the Pollo Pompei. The Fuego Blanco Pizza was my personal favorite, but the Pollo Pompei was also really good. The service was very welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back!"

"Arrived on the busiest Wednesday evening ever, but service was still great, and the food was perfect. I tried a few different things, and I can say with full confidence that if you order anything, make sure it says "house specialty" the alfredo or the chicken piccata hits with the highest flavors one can order. Don't miss this restaurant. Also , you're a thirsty folk order the expresso martini!! It's a tasty little bev!"
