"I trained in salt lake for the last year under professional mixed martial artists and professional boxers. My old coach has been invited a few times to try out for the UFC and bellator. When I moved to cedar I started to look around at different places to keep up my training. Mike really knows his stuff. There's been a great emphasis on angles, footwork, and large combos. Alot of the stuff he's training me on is the same stuff my old coaches back in salt lake would emphasize as well. Whatever your level or if you have kids Mike's great to work with. It's a very friendly and fun atmosphere. The workouts are great and you'll for sure push yourself and get some skills."
