"Anytime I try to order at the counter they say you have to use the kiosk because they don’t want to help you, also my burrito was full of hard crunchy rice"

"Honestly they seem very understaffed so I don't want to be critical but for the 3rd time in a row my order has been 15mins late or longer. The staff I saw this last time seemed to have to sense of urgency while 17 customers including myself waited for way too long. Do not come to this taco bell if you have the option especially during lunch and dinner time"

"I usually would not rate these so low but I ordered a vegetarian meal but when I got it there was meat in the crunch wrap and I did not notice until I had already eaten the wrap but I did not want them to just throw away the animal so I ate it but I would just say that if you are vegetarian don't come here!"

"The reason I love to eat here is because they have the best value food. I always get beefy five layer burritos because they have the best flavor and substance to money ratio. And because they have the best value, they often do have a pretty long line! It’s what happens when demand is high. Did I mention that if you pay cougar cash you also get a free drink and tax free food? Yeah it’s that good. Also, supposedly the have a secret menu item called the “Spider” or something, but I have yet to confirm it."

"Usually alright, but today I got the Cinnabon bites and they were burnt! Hard on the outside and nothing inside, it was disgusting. Well, I went back and they replaced my 4 with 4 more burnt ones! I am very disappointed. Seems you need to ask whether something is burnt before you buy it."
